Mission Granbury: providing help, safety, self sufficiency and well-being
Welcome!

Who We Are:

Founded to answer the cry for help, Mission Granbury is a beacon of hope for those who are suffering. Offering specific, concrete, and practical assistance, our purpose is to offer much-needed programs and services that are essential to the well-being of our community. We take a holistic approach, coordinating all services so that people don’t get lost in “the system.” We treat each person and family with dignity, assessing each situation to devise a course of action that truly moves every individual towards healing and self-sufficiency.

Who We Help:

  • Hood County working citizens and their families
  • Women and children
  • People who work but do not earn enough to pay for basic needs such as food and housing
  • Victims of sexual assault, family violence, and child abuse
  • Families in crisis or danger
  • The unemployed

Women and children escaping domestic violence. People who work but do not earn enough to pay for housing, health insurance, and other basic needs such as food, utilities, and clothing on a sustained basis. The unemployed who can’t find work. The working citizens of Hood County and families in crisis precipitously impoverished by sudden financial crisis—or violated by crime. They are young and old. They are people you know.
